[Windows 10] Disconnect in server list Hello everyone, I just want to let you know how I do to run MU on Laptop running Windows 10 Pro with no problems. Its good to say that the very first time i tried i was able to run the game, but when i select server and try login simply DC and automatic closed, also got some times error 101 in GG, this happened to me on Windows 10 Pro 32 Bits. Well lets this start: 1) I download the ISO file, i did never update my Win 8.1 to 10, i completely removed the last OS and install the new one, you can download the ISO file on this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/software-download/windows10 Is completely Free and safe to download from here, because its microsoft direct download! This downloader let you select language and version of Windows you want, i tried with 32 bits first and i did not able to play, after that i tried with 64bits and im right now playing my 3 account with no problems! 2) Make a clean install of Windows 10, you decide if do it deleting your past OS or do it making a new partition "for test" 3) Install Drivers 4) Install every single C++ Redistributable package (2005, 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2013, all x86 and x64) 5) Install MU and let it update 6) Play! To fix missing MSVCP110.DLL error you need to download and install: HERE THEN: Install x32 Install x64 Restart PC If still not working, then choose your version of Windows to download: If you have 32 bit download x86 and install If you have 64 bit download x64 and install Go to SysWOW64 folder (C:\Windows\SysWOW64) delete msvcp110.dll if you have one Download this file: HERE Add it to SysWOW64 folder (C:\Windows\SysWOW64) + restart PC If you don't know your version of Windows, then download them both and install them both, starting with x86... If you can't see the Server List on Client, then you have missing IGC.DLL file from Client folder ! Reason why it happens is because Windows 8 and + users, the programm Windows Defender automatically deletes that file... Solution: 1) Turn off Windows Defender ! 2) Turn off other Anti-Virus programms (maybe Firewall as well) ! 3) Re-Download Client again from Downloads: HERE
